Paula Wykoff

Paula Wykoff came to Cherry Creek Mortgage Company as a Branch Manager after owning and operating Wykoff Mortgage Services, Inc. for over 12 years.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, but found she prefers the hands on interaction with clients in their pursuit of their dream of   home-ownership.  She has helped literally hundreds of families achieve the dream of home ownership.  Paula was thrilled to join the Cherry Creek Mortgage family because it provides her more ways to help prospective buyers, and to be even more competitive in the ever changing mortgage world.

Paula is a Veteran on the United States Army, and the proud wife of a 22 Year Retired Army Veteran.  Her husband Mark went to law school after retiring from the Army and is now practicing law in Springfield, IL.  She also has 2 great kids, and a 17 year old Border Collie named Chessie.

Paula is committed to this industry, and her knowledge and understanding of the multitude of loan programs will help you to navigate the home-buying process with the least amount of stress.  She specializes in Conventional and Government purchases including VA, FHA, and USDA.  In the last 11 years, she has done purchase loans in over 60 counties in Illinois, and services the entire State of Illinois.   She prides herself on giving personal service and being available to answer your questions when they arise.  She looks forward to helping you with your next transaction, whether it is a purchase, or refinance, and to making you a customer for life.
